About The Program
Construction management (CM) is a broad term that embraces different scenarios overseeing matters such as scheduling, cost control, constructibility, project management, building technology, bidding or negotiating construction contracts, and construction. CM services can be provided by an A/E firm or Contractor for traditional design-bid-build as well as design-build, fast track or multiple-prime projects. This session will address the two primary forms as defined by the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), CM-agency and CM-at-risk.
