What do enjoy most about your role?
Our team! I get to work with some incredibly talented and bright co-workers that make going to work a great experience. I think our skillsets complement one another well and each day I learn something new which helps me grow within my role.

What would someone be surprised to learn about finance?
No two days are alike. Each day brings something new and exciting that we get to work through. Within finance we can all lean on one another’s expertise to deliver the best possible solution to any given situation.

What are you most passionate about?
Outside of spending time with my family, I enjoy running, cooking and keeping up with Philadelphia sports (for better or worse).

What is your guilty pleasure?

Manager, Financial Reporting & Analysis

Moorestown, NJ

What is your area of expertise within finance?
I am the Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis here at Admiral. I oversee and ensure a smooth close process monthly, quarterly, and annually. The primary focus of my role is to provide monthly underwriting profit and loss results, detailed expense analysis, and variance explanations to senior management to facilitate decision making.

What do enjoy most about your role?
This role has been very fulfilling for me. It has provided me with the opportunity to use analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports that directly impact business decisions. Another important aspect of my role is the opportunity to guide and develop the team through trainings and coaching, while fostering collaboration. This position has enabled me to work closely with various teams and departments within the organization to understand their needs and ensure accurate financial reporting.

What has been the greatest accomplishment of your career?
It might sound cliche, but coming from a small Eastern European country, being able to study and graduate college in the States has been by far the greatest accomplishment. That was the steppingstone in opening doors, creating opportunities, and building a career for me.
