Professional Facts

  • I obtained my RPLU designation so long ago that there was no electronic testing. There were only five parts to the designation, and the tests were held only twice a year in person. Today, there are more than a dozen parts.
  • While underwriting medical malpractice, I crafted policies for Hollywood production companies to protect them from vicarious liability while filming medical-based reality shows.
  • I was asked to observe a surgery on a new medical procedure. I was fully dressed in scrubs and stood next to the surgeon for the entire operation.

Personal Facts

  • I am the proud mother of identical twin girls, Rachel and Olivia.
  • I live on five acres out in the country with my family, four dogs, and a hamster.
  • My favorite hobby is painting. I mainly do mandalas using a technique called Dotting.
